No. You do not need to sign a contract to use LobbyPMS. The law requires that we use Terms and Conditions of the application that are clearly stated in the program and accessible to clients. When you register your establishment and start using the program, it is understood that these Terms and Conditions are accepted by both parties (the user and LobbyPMS).

LobbyPMS has only one contracting model where you pay a monthly fee for the time you want to use the system. It works as a mobile recharge system, that is, you pay in advance the number of months you want to activate the service. It can be 1 month, 2 months or up to 12 months. There is no clause, you can stop paying whenever you want. However, if you decide to stop payments access to the program will be suspended until you make your payment again. You can unsubscribe from the service at any time and download all your information from the platform.

You can list as many properties as you would like, however, each will have an associated cost. We offer good discounts for multiple listings. You can create as many user accounts for each listing as you need. There are no limits to your user list.

Subscription payment is made by credit card. We accept the main franchises: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, among others. You can select the monthly or annual payment method and you can cancel the subscription whenever you want.

You can use all the functions of the platform during this trial period. You can also access our help center and request support with one of our advisors via email. After completing the trial period you can continue using this same account but you will need to activate the subscription using a credit card where we will charge each month. You can activate your subscription before the end of the trial to access implementation and training video calls with our expert advisors.
