Pacifico Hostel is the result of a group of young Colombians who decided to trade their office life for a project by the Pacific Ocean, in one of the most beautiful regions imaginable. It is located within the Bahía Málaga National Natural Park, and unlike many businesses anywhere in the world, its goal is not only to provide a great experience for all its visitors but also to support the local economy and the surrounding environment. How? Through volunteer programs, purchasing fish from local fishermen, beach cleanup campaigns, and many other activities.
They have so many things to take care of that all they want is for the hostel’s operations and sales to be simple and fast. That’s why, since 2017, LobbyPMS has been their greatest ally for everything: distributing their hotel offerings across different sales channels with up-to-date information through our channel manager, creating direct booking links with our booking engine, staying compliant with legal documentation, keeping taxes up to date with electronic invoicing, tracking traveler information, and much more.

✅ Pacífico manages around 15 booking channels. Some reservations are direct, while others are connected to sales channels. This is just proof of the adaptability of LobbyPMS, which undoubtedly stands out as one of the software’s main features.
✅Our Channel Manager has allowed the hotel to keep its availability updated, resulting in an average of 30% of sales through OTAs.
✅ Since its beginnings, direct bookings have significantly increased year after year. In 2017, only 29% of reservations were made through the direct channel. However, today, bookings made through our booking engine account for 71% of their total annual reservations.
✅ Their direct bookings are available 24/7.
